mixed feelings about my stay
hallway noiseweak water pressure
the noise level was unacceptable i was on a lower floor and i could hear everything happening in the hallway it sounded like people were right inside my room also the shower head was positioned too high the water pressure was weak it made showering difficult i EXPECTED better for the price.

i really appreciated the central location close to gran via. it was convenient to reach many attractions and the metro station was nearby. my room, a beautiful double with nice plaza view, offered comfortable accommodations. the rooftop pool and terrace provided great views all around.
It's a very minor point though.

Breakfast had good options and fresh pastries. The coffee machine worked well. i found the bar area well-stocked. prosecco and beer cost under £10, a reasonable price.

Staff were very helpful with directions. Aitana and marcin at reception were particularly friendly. the hotel team promptly prepared a room with two beds in thirty minutes. This was a pleasant experience. i felt very welcome.

The rooftop swimming pool area had great city views. The bar was easily accessible. sunbeds were plentiful and well-kept. i found the overall atmosphere relaxing. the hotel provided easy access to transport links.

the breakfast had a wide selection and fresh items were available every day the rooftop offered nice evening drinks i liked that. the air conditioning worked well in my room and the bed was comfortable.
the pool was unheated this impacted my ability to use it fully. the limited spaces around the pool meant i had to arrive early to secure a spot.

The location was amazing. Everything i needed was nearby. the staff were attentive and ready to help. the room was super clean, and the air conditioning worked well after i figured out the controls. the rooftop terrace gave excellent views of the surrounding cityscape.
the breakfast buffet felt somewhat crowded during peak hours. it was hard to reach some food stations.
